Welk Resort Theater presents this Tony Award winning Broadway musical, based on the true story of the famed recording session with Sam Phillips, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins. Sam Phillips was noted as the father of Rock and Roll and brought these Rock and Roll legends together at Sun Records studio in Memphis Tennessee. It was an impromptu recording later known as the greatest rock jam session in history. Today Million Dollar Quartet Branson MO performance reinacts that amazing session.
